About LOC'D IN DOULA

Hi, I’m Regina, the heart behind LOCD IN DOULA. As a Black lesbian mother, wife, and experienced doula, I understand firsthand the importance of having care that feels safe, affirming, and deeply supportive. I am  a full-spectrum doula committed to supporting families through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and abortion with a holistic, compassionate, and affirming approach. I center Black, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized communities, ensuring that everyone has access to the care they deserve.

For over 11 years, I’ve worked with families, providing emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and reproductive transitions. I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, a trained abortion doula, a certified vaginal steam facilitator, and a certified crystal healer. My work is rooted in cultural awareness, holistic healing, and evidence-based practices.

I believe in centering Black birthing people, holding space for all reproductive choices, and ensuring every family I work with feels empowered and cared for. Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, seeking abortion support, or adjusting to postpartum life, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, knowledge, and nonjudgmental support.
