At LOCD IN DOULA, my Labor Doula Birth Basics Package provides compassionate, expert support to ensure a smooth, informed, and empowering birth experience. Whether you’re a first-time parent or expanding your family, this package is designed to walk with you every step of the way physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Package Includes:

• Initial Virtual Consultation
  A personalized session to explore your birth preferences, concerns, and expectations.
   
• 2–3 Prenatal Sessions
  Educational and supportive meetings covering childbirth education, comfort techniques, emotional preparation, and navigating your care team.
   
• Personalized Birth Plan Support
  Hands-on help crafting a birth plan that reflects your unique values, preferences, and goals including coping strategies and advocacy tools (may be conducted via telehealth).
   
• Ongoing Phone & Email Support
  Consistent, compassionate access for questions, reassurance, and check-ins throughout your pregnancy.
   
• Continuous Labor Support
  On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks, plus in-person, uninterrupted support during active labor, delivery, and the early postpartum hours.
   
• Immediate Postpartum Support
  Assistance with early bonding, breastfeeding/chestfeeding initiation, and newborn care guidance.
   
• Postpartum Follow-Up Visit
  A one-on-one in-home or virtual visit to process your birth story, provide emotional support, and offer a comprehensive lactation consultation tailored to your needs.
